Back in Public School

So, yesterday was my second day back to public school. I’m liking this one a lot, much better than I liked public schools that I’d been to before. I’ve made some friends already, too.

Here’s my classes this semester, and what I think of them so far:

  • Citizenship
Pretty good, I like the teacher so far. I have to do rote memorization as part of my homework this week, though, which is blah.

    • American Literature and Compostition

Good, I like this teacher so far too. He’s pretty laid back, doesn’t make us do busywork, which I like. He also seems pretty understanding and just all-around cool.

    • Visual Arts I

W00t, art! The teacher for this class is also cool, she’s nice. Not only does she do something if you don’t follow the rules in her class, but there’s also good things for if you *do* follow them.

    • Buisness Procedures

This has turned out to be a “bullshit class” — aka, the kind of class that you take when you have a slot open but you don’t really want to do any work or learn anything. The reason I picked it, though, is that it’s a prerequisite for doing an internship later on.

Sorry about the BS class, honey. It may not be too late to do a drop/add, though.
